The basics
You will pay up to three basic charges – for your water, waste water and trade effluent if you have any.
Keeping it simple
We keep our invoices as straightforward as we can. You’ll either get one every month, three months, or once a year.
Charitable relief
If you qualify for charitable relief, you may be eligible for our charge exemption scheme.
Fixed charges
Based on your property’s rateable value, or the size of your meter.
Rateable values
These are given by the Scottish Assessors Association.
Volumetric charges
Applied to any property that has a water meter.
